Stress!

In the fast and hectic pace of modern living we encounter many additional stresses in our
lives, from work and financial stresses to family, relationship and children stresses. We
all have a level of stress with which we cope effectively, but as the stressors build up we
all react in different ways and these stressors can eventually take their toll.

I know you can relax and breathe and all that stuff but does anyone know anything else thats god for stress??I also know massage is good.I have a tight neck and shoulders so i assume its stress and its leading to chronic headaches??Ive been to a chiropractor as well…nothing.Any ideas PLEASEEEEE.Iam in chronic pain!!!

Ok I’m having a lot of pressure and stress at work, I’m 24, travel agent, I work from 8:30am to 8:30pm with 1 hour break, i work every week end months ago, because of that high season taht will never end, I receive calls all the time when I’m home, and problems never stop
I started doing mistakes at work, I’m not as performant as I was, and this is making me sick
I don’t fidn time for my self anymore, and even when I find it, I don’t feel good, I always think of problems that could happen because of me, airline bookings come to my mind everytime i want to sleep!! I have nightmare many times related to my job
I’m feeling terrible, I don’t feel the peace inside me anymore!
I know that I won’t find another job easily in my country, it’s very complicated, and I need money right now
just wanted to share this with u because I’m going to be crazy!

Every time I get any sort of bad news, my entire body is overcome with stress and pain. It’s sort of like an anxiety attack without the panic. I feel like I’ve been stung by a bee, in a sense.

How do other people cope with this? It tends to require some intervention either a Valium, a glass of wine, or exercise (which isn’t always feasible). Telling someone is helpful, but who wants to drain their friends? Do some people just take in bad news without this physical reaction? And how/why?

What sort of mental attitude might avoid these constant (constant) interludes into anxiety, stress, strain, etc.?

I mean like use the computer for 6 hours during the day and start using the computer again during the night straining your eyes…would it cause any stress health problems? because it gets black under the eyes and your face looks like shitt, how do you cure this?
